Restaurant 1793 offers a chef-driven dining experience that pairs elevated cuisine with a thoughtfully curated zero-proof beverage program and warm, attentive hospitality. Each service is carefully composed to make every visit ideal for celebrations, date nights, and memorable evenings out. Our intimate atmosphere, seasonal menus, and meticulous attention to detail create an experience that rivals the finest dining in Philadelphia and New York, right here in South Jersey, within a welcoming BYOB setting.
To fully experience the progression of our tasting menu, we invite guests to dine at a relaxed pace. The experience may last up to 2.5 hours.

Our rotating six-course tasting menu may feature caviar, fresh seafood, homemade pastas, duck, Wagyu steak, and other fine meats along with a selection of cheeses sold tableside. The menu will be highlighting locally sourced ingredients, modern culinary techniques, and bold yet balanced flavors. Each dish is designed to showcase the best of the region while offering a refined, contemporary approach to American cuisine.
